This study aims to improve learning outcomes in the subject of Hindu Religion Education with the material of the Purana Book by applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model to the students of grade III at SD Negeri 1 Penuktukan for the 2024/2025 academic year. This study is classified as classroom action research consisting of 3 cycles. Each cycle consists of the stages of Planning, Action Implementation, Observation, and Reflection. The subjects of this study are the grade III students of SD Negeri 1 Penuktukan, totaling 14 students. In the pre-cycle, the learning outcomes percentage was 61%, and based on the PAP five-point scale, the students' learning outcomes were in the "insufficient" category. In cycle I, the percentage of learning outcomes in the Hindu Religion Education subject for grade III students of SD Negeri 1 Penuktukan was 71%, and based on the PAP five-point scale, the learning outcomes were in the "sufficient" category. Meanwhile, in cycle II, the learning outcomes percentage in the Hindu Religion Education subject for grade III students of SD Negeri 1 Penuktukan was 82%, and based on the PAP five-point scale, the learning outcomes were still in the "unsatisfactory" category. Therefore, the research continued in cycle III, achieving a 100% learning outcome. The classical completeness rate was 40% in the pre-cycle, 70% in cycle I, 90% in cycle II, and 100% in cycle III. It can be concluded that the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can improve the learning outcomes of Hindu Religion Education for grade III students of SD Negeri 1 Penuktukan in the 2024/2025 academic year.
