IMPROVING CLASS 4 HINDU STUDENTS' UNDERSTANDING OF CADU SAKTI MATERIAL THROUGH EDUCAPLAY INTERACTIVE MEDIA AT UPT SDN SLOROK 01 DOKO

This research aims to increase the understanding of fourth grade students at SDN Slorok 01 Doko regarding Cadu Sakti material in learning Hinduism through the application of the interactive media Educaplay. The problems faced are low student enthusiasm, lack of active participation in learning, and low learning outcomes due to conventional methods which are still dominantly used. This research is classroom action research (PTK) which was carried out in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages.
The research results show that the application of Educaplay media can improve student understanding and learning outcomes. In the initial conditions, students showed low levels of enthusiasm and participation, and the average value of learning outcomes did not meet the minimum completeness criteria (KKM). After implementing Educaplay media, students became more motivated, enthusiastic and active in learning. In addition, student learning outcomes experienced a significant increase from the first cycle to the second cycle, with the percentage of completion achieving the predetermined targets.
The conclusion of this research is that Educaplay media is effective in increasing students' understanding of Cadu Sakti material. This media not only makes learning more interesting and enjoyable, but also improves the quality of interaction between teachers and students. Therefore, Educaplay media can be an innovative alternative learning method in improving the quality of Hindu religious learning in elementary schools (Trianto, 2009).
