Abstract

The snow ball method is a learning method that can explore students' leadership potential in groups and skills in creating and answering questions combined through an imaginative game of forming and throwing snowballs. So that learning methods can train leadership potential.

The snaw bal method can be applied in 3 ways including through Linear Snowball Sampling, Exponential Non-Discriminatory Snowball Sampling and Exponential Discriminative Snowball Sampling
