This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Tri Hita Karana (THK)-based reflective learning in enhancing pre-service teachers' teaching skills and to explore how students internalize THK values in their reflective learning practices. The research employed a mixed-method approach combining pre-experimental design and case study, involving 8 fourth-semester students in a Microteaching class. Data were collected through teaching performance tests, assessment rubrics, classroom observations, and in-depth interviews. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and one-sample t-test, while qualitative data underwent content analysis. The findings reveal that THK-based reflective learning effectively enhanced students' teaching skills, demonstrated by a high mean score of 88.38 and statistically significant test results (p < 0.05). Students internalized THK values across three dimensions: Parahyangan (spiritual) which enhanced mental resilience, Pawongan (social) which facilitated constructive feedback, and Palemahan (environmental) which supported learning environment management. The study concludes that integrating local wisdom values into reflective learning contributes to the development of both teaching competencies and holistic character formation of pre-service teachers.
