Learning with a process skills approach is a new method which is expected to increase student creativity and learning outcomes in Hindu Religion subjects.
The creativity and learning outcomes of class X TB students at Widya Wisata Jimbaran Vocational School in Religion subjects are still relatively low. Several factors that influence low creativity and student learning outcomes include: students feel bored listening to lectures, teaching methods are less varied and the use of information technology (ICT) in implementing learning activities is still very lacking. In this study, two main problems will be examined, namely (1) Can student creativity be improved through a process skills approach to the subject of Yadnya in class X TB students at Widya Wisata Jimbaran Vocational School for the 2022/2023 academic year? (2) Can student learning outcomes be improved through a process skills approach to the subject of Yadnya for X TB students at Widya Wisata Jimbaran Vocational School for the 2022/2023 academic year? With a total of 25 students as subjects.
Student creativity and learning outcomes were obtained using structured description tests and group discussions. The results of the research show that learning using a process skills approach setting can increase student creativity and student learning outcomes, this can be seen from the average value obtained from cycle I, namely 71.50 to 83.68 in cycle II.
Based on the data presented above, the hypothesis has been answered with proven data on creativity and increased student learning outcomes.
