In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, it is very important for all schools to carry out various innovations in order to remain competitive and exist in various educational industries. Where the use of e-commerce is not only used not only in the economic field but also in the field of education. School branding is very important to do by utilizing digital technology to be a very significant strategy and alternative, especially in the marketing field where it is included marketing that is used to benefit the community according to the target market. Brand will be a determining factor for a school to have a favorite predicate or not. Where the system of word of mouth (word of mouth) is still used as an option in doing promotions. Some schools use various digital technologies such as Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and so on, but there are also schools that still use school branding by printing posters or billboards. This happens because the far reach of schools makes parents consider sending their children to school so that the target market must be mapped correctly. Human resources in the school community such as teachers and employees are also very decisive in realizing school branding. The brand image of a school is very important to create where a positive image and the characteristics of a school will be formed.
