This study aims to analyze the influence of internet addiction levels, motivation, and work ethic on the performance of the Working Group of Hindu Religious Counselors in Southeast Sulawesi Province. The population in this study consisted of all Hindu Religious Counselors within the Working Group of Hindu Religious Counselors in Southeast Sulawesi Province. The sampling technique employed was saturated sampling, in which all members of the population were used as research samples. Accordingly, the study involved 21 respondents. In this research, the problem was analyzed using three main theoretical frameworks, namely internet addiction theory, motivation theory, and work ethic theory. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 30.0. The results of the study indicate that:1) The level of internet addiction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Hindu Religious Counselors.2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Hindu Religious Counselors.3) Work ethic also has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Hindu Religious Counselors, 4) Internet addiction level, motivation, and work ethic simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Hindu Religious Counselor.
