STRATEGI PENDIDIK DALAM MENANAMKAN NILAI-NILAI ANTI KEKERASAN PADA ANAK USIA DINI

Abstrak
Menanamkan nilai-nilai anti kekerasan penting dilakukan sejak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pendidik dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai anti kekerasan pada anak usia dini di TK Al-Kautsar Samarinda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif jenis penelitian studi kasus, melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidik menerapkan tiga strategi utama: media audio-visual berupa video edukasi, metode bercerita menggunakan buku cerita bergambar, dan pembiasaan positif yang diterapkan secara berulang. Ketiga strategi ini efektif dalam membangun karakter anak untuk menghindari perilaku kekerasan, baik verbal maupun fisik. Pendidik berperan sebagai fasilitator, pembimbing, dan teladan yang menciptakan lingkungan belajar kondusif serta memberikan contoh perilaku positif. Strategi-strategi ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kesadaran anak terhadap nilai-nilai anti kekerasan tetapi juga membentuk kebiasaan positif yang berkelanjutan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Strategi pendidik penting dalam menanamkan nilai anti kekerasan, dan diharapkan pada penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan media dan metode pembelajaran guna meningkatkan perilaku anti kekerasan pada anak usia dini.
