KORELASI PENGGUNAAN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, KECERDASAN SPIRITUAL DAN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DENGAN KINERJA GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA HINDU DAN BUDI PEKERTI SMP DI KECAMATAN DENPASAR UTARA

Teachers as the key to driving educational development are an important highlight of sustainable life. This research is dedicated to explaining the gap in the relationship between the use of AI which is part of the development of intelligence as part of the technological aspect directly interacting with the human aspect, namely spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence found in the teacher's personality in influencing the performance of Hindu religious and ethical teachers. The research method carried out in this study is a quantitative method of correlation with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, literature studies and documentation. Hypothesis testing uses simple regression tests and multiple regressions as well as correlation tests. The results obtained were that there was a positive correlation between the use of artificial intelligence and the performance of Hindu religious and ethical education teachers with a calculated t value of 2,454 > t table 2,040 and a person correlation value of 0.415 with a medium correlation category, there was a positive correlation between spiritual intelligence and the performance of Hindu religious education and ethics teachers with a t-value of 2,454 > t table 2,040 and a person value correlation 0.415 with the high correlation category, there was a positive correlation between emotional intelligence with a calculated t value of 2.454 > t table 2.040 and a person correlation value of 0.415 with a perfect correlation category. There was a positive correlation between the use of artificial intelligence, spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence together with the performance of Hindu religious education and ethics teachers with a calculated f value of 28.988 > f table of 2.98 and an R Square value of 0.762 which means that the three independent variables together have a relationship with the bound variable of 76.2%.
