The rapidly growing use of ICT is a momentum, especially in the transition from face-to-face
learning to online learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic. So it requires a tool in the form
of ICT as a media liaison in the teaching and learning process. One school agency in Bangli
Regency utilizes ICT using internet access by creating a personal LMS portal of the moodle
type, namely E-Learning SMANICHI Bangli. The problems discussed in the study are (1)
the form of using e-Learning at SMANICHI Bangli in learning Hindu Religion and Moral
Education in class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Bangli, (2) Constraints in the use of e
Learning at SMANICHI Bangli in learning Hindu Religious Education. and Budi Pekerti
in class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Bangli and efforts to overcome them, (3) Implications
of the use of e-Learning SMANICHI Bangli in learning Hindu Religion and Moral
Education for teachers and students in class XI at SMA Negeri 1 Bangli. The theory used to
analyze the problem is the theory of connectionism by Edward L. Thorndike, the
constructivism theory by Piaget, and the behaviorism theory by Ivan Pavlov. The subjects of
this study were teachers of Hindu religious education and manners and students of class XI.
Methods of collecting data using the methods of observation, interviews, documentation, and
literature study, with qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of this study
indicate (1) E-Learning SMANICHI Bangli provides complete learning features, (2) the
constraints experienced are based on the application of discovery learning strategies, and the
efforts made are twofold, namely the efforts of teachers and students' efforts, (3) the
implications of The use of e-Learning at SMANICHI Bangli has two implications, namely
positive implications and negative implications for teachers and students.
