In the modern era, this teaching is relevant as a guideline in facing the challenges of globalization, technological developments, and social pressures that often affect character, especially among teenagers. This article examines the importance of Sad Ripu in the lives of teenagers, how it affects personality formation, and strategies to overcome it. Through a literature review, it was found that controlling Sad Ripu can help teenagers manage emotions, overcome social pressure, and build positive character. Implementation of this teaching can be done through character education, meditation, and spiritual approaches in families and educational institutions. The main references used include the Bhagavad Gita, Śarasamuccaya, and journals on character education and adolescent developmental psychology.
