The waterfall model is best suited for system development in small to medium projects, especially when system requirements are defined from the beginning. Needs evaluation, system design, system development, system feasibility assessment, and system maintanance are elements of the waterfall model. This research intends to create a web-based sales and inventory management platform for the XYZ building store by employing Laravel 11 and Tailwind CSS frameworks, along with the Flowbite template. The Laravel and Tailwind CSS frameworks were chosen for their capability to ease website development and create a sleek, contemporary, and responsive site. The study's results demonstrate that the created system has successfully met user needs and incorporates a modern and flexible design. The system aims to provide instant, accurate, and syariah-compliant assistance to customers. However, several risks are associated with this AI integration, including data security, regulatory compliance, and user adoption challenges. This study aims to identify potential threats, evaluate risks, and analyze their impact on banking operations using the High-level IT Risk Assessment framework supported by concepts from OCTAVE Allegro. The assessment revealed five key risk factors: syariah regulatory compliance, data security, customer adoption, industry competition, and rapid technological change. Mitigation strategies include strengthening data protection, customer education, system updates, and continuous monitoring. The highest risk was related to data security breaches and inaccurate chatbot responses. This research provides valuable insights for managing IT risks in syariah-based digital banking services and guides further improvements in AI implementation. The main purpose of this study is to assess the extent to which the personnel system is in accordance with the applicable information technology governance principles and identify aspects that still need improvement. The approach used is a mixed method through the distribution of questionnaires and interviews to employees who play a direct role in the management and supervision of the system. The assessment was carried out based on the 2019 COBIT capability level model and was strengthened by responsibility mapping using the RACI Chart. The results showed that the MEA03 domain was at a level 3 capability level (Established), while the MEA04 domain had reached level 4 (Predictable). Some weaknesses were found in the aspects of documentation, consistency of implementation, and coordination between units that were not fully optimal. In addition, the involvement of leaders still needs to be strengthened so that the evaluation and supervision process runs more effectively. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Laravel Seeder and Faker as automated mechanisms for generating test data during the testing phase of Laravel-based web applications, specifically using a simple library system as a case study. The main objective is to evaluate the effectiveness of these two methods in supporting application testing, focusing on time efficiency and the representativeness of generated data under real-world conditions. Experiments were conducted on three main entities—User, Category, and Books—across three dataset scales: small (10 records), medium (100 records), and large (1000 records). The results show that the manual seeder achieved faster execution times (2.17s to 222.58s for 10–1000 records), while the Faker seeder required slightly longer times (2.03s to 253.43s) due to randomized data generation. However, Faker produced more diverse and realistic datasets, making it better suited for stress testing and performance evaluation scenarios. This study concludes that the manual seeder is more appropriate for application logic validation and integration testing, whereas the Faker seeder is more effective for user behavior simulation and large-scale load testing. However, many Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in the culinary sector still rely on traditional methods or social media that are not designed for commercial transactions, resulting in various problems that occur, such as in recording and managing orders. This study aims to design and implement FoodHub, a website-based food ordering site that is intended to help digitize the culinary Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise business process. The system was developed using the prototyping method, with PHP Native, MySQL technology, as well as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript on the user interface. The main features include category pages, product pages, product detail pages, and others. Based on the results of system testing using the BlackBox Testing method, 100% valid results were obtained. The methodology used is Research and Development (R&amp;D) with a Waterfall model approach, which contains the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. System features include book data management, student information, loan transactions, and keyword-based searches. This test uses the black box testing method and shows full validation results for all features. The results of the study show that the system runs as expected and has a responsive and easy-to-use interface. This study aims to design and develop a web-based digital library system equipped with online book lending and automatic reservation features. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, which consists of requirement analysis, system design, software development, testing, and evaluation. Technologies used include PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL as the database. The test results indicate that all system features work effectively and receive positive responses from users, especially in terms of accessibility, service speed, and interface usability. The system enables users to access the book catalog online, borrow books without physically visiting the library, and automatically reserve books when the desired book is unavailable. The implementation of this system has been proven to reduce queues, minimize manual errors, and improve the efficiency of library services. This study aims to design and implement a web-based information system that facilitates product ordering, inventory management, and digital transaction recording. The system was developed using PHP as the backend programming language, along with CSS and Bootstrap for a responsive user interface. The development method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Testing was conducted using the black-box method to ensure that each feature functions properly. The test results showed a validation rate of 100%, indicating that the system operates optimally and is ready for use. The Information Systems Study Program at the Faculty of Science and Technology of the Campus located in Riau Province has a student organization called the Information Systems Student Association (HIMASI) which functions as a forum for academic development, interests, and competencies of students in the Information Systems Study Program through the implementation of activities that support the improvement of technical skills, soft skills, and professionalism in the field of information technology. Based on observations and interviews conducted, obstacles were found in attendance and activity scheduling in the organization. Both processes are still carried out manually, causing irregularities, delays, and recording errors. The purpose of this study is to create a web-based attendance and activity scheduling information system using the Agile approach to improve the accuracy, transparency, and efficiency of organizational management. The tools used include UML modelling, Visual Studio Code editor, PHP–MySQL as a web development technology, and Black Box Testing as a functional testing tool. The system developed includes digital attendance, centralized scheduling, member data management, and automatic notifications. Testing results show that the six main modules are Login, Dashboard, HIMASI Data, Member Data, Reports, and Logout. The success rate is. The tools used include UML modelling, Visual Studio Code editor, PHP–MySQL as web development technology, and Black Box Testing as a functional testing tool. The system developed includes digital attendance, centralized scheduling, member data management, and automatic notifications. The test results show that there are six main modules: Login, Dashboard, HIMASI Data, Member Data, Reports, and Logout. The success rate is calculated from the number of successful modules (6 modules) divided by the number of modules tested (6 modules), then multiplied by 100%, so that the testing success rate reaches 100% with no errors found. User responses also show an increase in the ease of online attendance, access to information, and real-time activity reminders. This study proves that the Agile method is effective in overcoming manual system problems and producing a structured, efficient, and easily developed platform to support organizational governance. This study is useful in improving the efficiency of attendance management and organizational scheduling, as well as providing a basis for developing a more integrated system.
