EFEKTIVITAS MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STAD BERBANTUAN MEDIA YOUTUBE TERHADAP HASIL BEAJAR PARIBASA SISWA KELAS X AKUNTANSI SMK NEGERI 1 SINGARAJA

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low learning outcomes in Balinese language, particularly in Paribasa material, among tenth-grade Accounting students at SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. The study aimed to examine the effectiveness of the STAD-type cooperative learning model supported by YouTube media in improving students’ learning outcomes. This research employed an experimental design using a matching sampling technique based on students’ summative scores. The instruments used were pretest and posttest. The results showed that the mean pretest score of the control class was 51.70, while the experimental class was 52.52. After the treatment, the mean posttest score of the control class increased to 79.97, whereas the experimental class reached 86.58. The hypothesis testing using an independent t-test revealed a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05), indicating a significant difference between the two groups. Therefore, the implementation of the STAD-type cooperative learning model assisted by YouTube media is proven to be effective in improving students’ learning outcomes in Paribasa.
