Design and Implementation of A Firing Information System A PPAT Based Deed Website

Archives play a crucial role in supporting administrative activities within an institution, including notary and land title deed offices. Poor archive management can lead to difficulties in finding needed information, thus hindering work processes. This study aims to design and build a website-based archive information system at the Gede Bendesa Mas Glery Devana, S.H., M.Kn. Notary and Land Title Deed Office as a solution to improve the effectiveness of archive management. The developed system is expected to assist staff in storing, accessing, searching, and managing archive data more quickly, easily, and in a structured manner compared to manual systems. In addition, the system also supports monitoring of the number of monthly transactions and is equipped with security features in the form of usernames and passwords to restrict unauthorized user access. Data collection methods used include observation, interviews, and literature studies. The data obtained are then explained as the basis for system design and implementation. The results of this study are expected to simplify the process of storing, searching, and managing archives, thereby increasing work efficiency at notary and land title deed offices.
