This study aims to describe the implementation of the Field Work Practice (Praktik Kerja Lapangan/PKL) program at the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Gianyar Regency and to analyze its contribution to improving students’ competencies, work character formation, and the internalization of Hindu religious values among vocational high school students. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, documentation, and literature study. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the PKL program provides meaningful real-work experience relevant to Office Management competencies, enhances students’ understanding of public sector organizational systems, and fosters discipline, responsibility, and communication skills. Furthermore, the findings reveal that the implementation of PKL reflects the application of Hindu educational values such as Tri Kaya Parisudha, Catur Guru, dharma, swadharma, and Tri Hita Karana, which are internalized in students’ work ethics and social interactions. Therefore, PKL not only functions as a means of developing technical competencies but also serves as an effective medium for shaping students’ religious, social, and professional character.
