The goal of Hinduism is to achieve physical and material well-being(Jagaditha) and mental and spiritual well-being (moksa). Of course, the body must bewell maintained in order to achieve the goals of life according to Hinduism. To achieve these goals, one must be supported by good health.This is because the body is closely related to the mind, and harmony between the two enablesunion with God. To support a healthy body,Hindu teachings recommend practicing yoga asanas. However, the educational values contained inyoga asanas are rarely discussed theoretically. Based on this idea, this article was written. The conclusion of this article revealsthat the educational valuescontained in yoga asanas include ethics, faith, aesthetics,health, and spiritual education, which greatly support the development of Hindu religious education, especially spiritual education.
