Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the development of Hindu literature in the era of globalization and how modern technology influences Hindu literature as a bridge of communication between generations and across cultures. The study was conducted to determine the relevance of Hindu literature in the conditions of globalization that continue to develop. Data collection through interviews, literature studies or document studies were then analyzed. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques. Based on the research analysis, it was found that Hindu literature has undergone quite significant changes in the era of globalization. In the era of globalization, there has been a major impact on Hindu literature, both in terms of the spread of Hindu literary works and in changes in the way society understands the values ​​contained therein. Digitization and distribution through social media platforms have paved the way for more people to access Hindu literature. The digitalization of Hindu literature in its delivery is a new experience to attract the interest of the younger generation. Providing Hindu literary teachings in a more modern and digital form helps the approach between parents and teachers as the older generation with children and students as the younger generation. Adapting Hindu literature with modern technology in the era of globalization is one solution to increase the curiosity of the younger generation towards Hindu literature with a more modern appearance.
