Hubungan Kecerdasan Emosional dan Kecerdasan Intelektual terhadap Perilaku Pengamalan Ajaran Agama Hindu pada Peserta Didik

Implementation of learning is influenced by intellectual and emotional intelligence. Intelligence can be used in behavior to deal with problems or do useful things. The purpose of this research is to determine the positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence on the behavior of practicing Hindu religious teachings, then to find out the description of emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence on the behavior of practicing Hindu religious teachings on students. This type of research is correlational research with multiple linear regression approaches to analyze and know statistically the correlation between variables. The population in this study were students with a sample of 333 people. There are two types of variables in this study, namely the dependent variable is the behavior of practicing Hindu religious teachings, the independent variable is emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be said that there is a significant influence of emotional intelligence on the behavior of Hindu religious teaching experience with the influence of emotional intelligence of 0.170, with a p-value of 0.000. Then there is a significant influence of intellectual intelligence on the behavior of experience of Hindu religious teachings with an influence of 0.647, with a p-value of 0.000. The test results show that the p-value obtained is less than 0.05. Furthermore, there is a significant influence of emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence on the behavior of the experience of Hindu religious teachings. The magnitude of the influence of the two variables is 0.722 which is categorized as strong. The test results show that emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence together have a strong enough influence on the behavior of the experience of Hindu religious teachings and are categorized as good.
