Abstract

Kesehatan mental selama kehamilan merupakan aspek penting dalam upaya meningkatkan derajat kesehatan ibu hamil secara menyeluruh, karena kondisi psikologis ibu hamil berpengaruh langsung terhadap kesejahteraan janin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara usia, pendidikan, pemeriksaan ANC (antenatal care), pekerjaan, status ekonomi, paritas, riwayat komplikasi kehamilan, serta dukungan sosial dan keluarga dengan derajat kesehatan mental ibu hamil khususnya di Puskesmas Minasa Upa. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional digunakan pada 207 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara riwayat ANC (antenatal care) (p = 0,001), status ekonomi (p < 0,001), paritas (p < 0,001), riwayat komplikasi kehamilan (p < 0,001), serta dukungan sosial dan keluarga (p < 0,001) dengan derajat kesehatan mental ibu hamil. Sebaliknya, usia (p = 0,418), pendidikan (p = 0,856), dan pekerjaan (p = 0,311) tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa faktor ekonomi, riwayat ANC (antenatal care), pengalaman kehamilan sebelumnya, serta dukungan sosial memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga kesehatan mental ibu hamil. Oleh karena itu, intervensi yang memperkuat dukungan sosial serta meningkatkan akses dan kualitas layanan ANC (antenatal care), terutama bagi kelompok ibu hamil yang berisiko, perlu menjadi prioritas dalam program kesehatan ibu hamil.
