This research is a quantitative research with data collection techniques in the form of observation and documentation. The population in this study were 57 PTKINs spread throughout Indonesia. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling, where all members of the population were sampled. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS software. The results of the study show that there is a significant effect of higher education accreditation ranking on the number of applicants, while the reputation of the tertiary institution has no effect on the number of applicants. The research adopts a nine-step instrument development model: defining the instrument's purpose, determining the scope of material, developing item indicators, constructing the instrument items, conducting content validity, revising the instrument, pilot testing, analyzing the trial results, and assembling the final instrument. The content validity analysis using Aiken's V index, conducted by three validators, indicated that four assessment items had moderate validity and eight had high validity. Large-scale product testing produced the following results: (1) validity tests of 10 questions showed all questions were valid, (2) the instrument items were reliable with a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.822, indicating very high reliability, (3) difficulty index analysis revealed eight items were of medium difficulty and two items were easy, and (4) discrimination index analysis showed two items were moderately good, six items were good, and two items were perfect. The many bureaucratic processes result in the production of many documents ranging from planning documents to reporting documents. In the midst of planning and reporting, there are various processes that will certainly produce various documents. The documents produced will be needed at any time, starting from the accreditation process to the accreditation institution to the audit process carried out by the inspectorate general. Ease of access to documents requires an effective and efficient archiving method, so the Uhnsugriwa Archiving Information System (SIKARSA) was developed. Since it was developed in 2021 and used effectively in 2022, this archiving information system has not been tested, especially at the level of usability, so testing is needed to determine the level of usability of the information system and provide recommendations for strategic steps in the future to maximize the function of the archiving information system. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out using the System Usability Scale (SUS) model and target respondents from 4 (four) types of users, namely echelon I - IV officials, non-structural officials, archivist functional officials, and other functional officials / lecturers / implementers, the results of the evaluation of the usability of the archiving information system are in the very good category with details of the category of non-structural official users of 90.75, followed by echelon I - IV officials with a value of 85.625, followed by archivist functional officials who are the main figures in archival application users of 81.25, and the category of other functional officials / lecturers / implementers with a value of 76.17, the results of the analysis show that users give values ​​in the range of 75 - 100, so that the information system is included in the appropriate and acceptable category.&nbsp;</p> I Dewa Gede Budiastawa Dewa, Widya Dharma Sidi, I Made Agus Oka Gunawan, Gede Indrawan Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Penjaminan Mutu http://ojs.uhnsugriwa.ac.id/index.php/JPM/article/view/4408 Tue, 04 Feb 2025 00:00:00 +0100 PENGUATAN DAN INOVASI PENDIDIKAN TINGGI HINDU: REKOMENDASI KEBIJAKAN UNTUK MODERNISASI KURIKULUM, PELESTARIAN BUDAYA, DAN REFORMASI SISTEM PENDIDIKAN http://ojs.uhnsugriwa.ac.id/index.php/JPM/article/view/4467 <p><em>Hindu higher education in Indonesia plays an important role in maintaining cultural diversity and introducing spiritual values that can be adapted in the context of globalisation. However, the challenges of curriculum modernisation and cultural preservation are major issues in the development of Hindu higher education. This research aims to provide policy recommendations that can address these issues, focusing on three main aspects: curriculum modernisation, cultural preservation, and education system reform. Modernisation of the Hindu higher education curriculum needs to be done by integrating the latest science and technology, and adjusting to the needs of the labour market and social developments. In addition, the preservation of Hindu culture should be an integral part of the curriculum to ensure that students not only gain academic knowledge, but also a deep understanding of Hindu traditions and noble values. Reform of the higher education system needs to include improving the quality of teaching, facilities, and accessibility of education for all levels of society. These policy recommendations are expected to provide a solid foundation for Hindu higher education that is sustainable, inclusive, and relevant to the challenges of the times.
